Rosemary Bookkeeping North Star Marketing Award and Franchisee of the Year 2025
Rosemary Bookkeeping is proud to announce that Karen Mann, owner of Rosemary Bookkeeping North Dorset and Salisbury, has won two awards at this year’s Rosemary Spring Forum.
Karen attended the event in person and accepted both the Rosemary North Star Marketing Award and the most prestigious award of the day, Franchisee of the Year 2025.
Since joining the Rosemary network in 2023, Karen has fully embraced the franchise model. From the start, she has made the most of the systems, support, and marketing tools available to her. By putting these into action consistently, she has built a business that is now recognised, trusted, and growing across North Dorset.
Her success shows the value of following the model, staying visible, and investing in the right areas from day one.
Through a clear and consistent marketing approach, Karen has built strong awareness of Rosemary Bookkeeping North Dorset. This has helped her reach more local businesses, grow her client base, and create a brand presence that feels established within her area.
Her business has also exceeded its growth projections. This achievement reflects Karen’s hard work, but it also shows the value her business brings to clients across North Dorset and Salisbury. As more local businesses look for support with bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, CIS, and Making Tax Digital, Karen has built a service they can rely on.
Winning the North Star Marketing Award is a fantastic recognition of the way Karen has promoted and grown her business.
Winning Franchisee of the Year 2025 takes that recognition even further. It celebrates her commitment, consistency, results, and the way she has represented the Rosemary Bookkeeping brand since joining the network.
Congratulations, Karen, from everyone at Rosemary Bookkeeping.
