Fiona Perks Wins Rosemary Bookkeeping North Star Award for People
Fiona Perks Wins Rosemary North Star Award for People.
Rosemary Bookkeeping is proud to announce that Fiona Perks, owner of Rosemary Bookkeeping Wyre Forest, has won the North Star Award for People.
This award recognises Fiona’s commitment to building a strong, supported, and capable team within her Rosemary Bookkeeping business.
Over the last year, Fiona has invested in growing her team of bookkeepers, giving her business the support it needs during busy peak periods while continuing to deliver steady growth throughout the year.
For bookkeeping businesses, having the right people in place matters. Clients need reliable support, accurate work, and clear communication, especially around deadlines, VAT returns, payroll, CIS, and Making Tax Digital requirements.
Fiona has built her Wyre Forest business with this in mind.
By expanding her team, she has created more capacity within the business and strengthened the service her clients receive. This has helped Rosemary Bookkeeping Wyre Forest continue to grow while maintaining the personal, practical support local businesses rely on.
Her award also reflects the culture she has built.
Fiona has created a clear people-first ethos across her business. That means supporting her team, valuing their contribution, and recognising the important role they play in the success of Rosemary Bookkeeping Wyre Forest.
This approach has helped create a stronger business, better client support, and a team that can grow with confidence.
Winning the North Star Award for People is a well-deserved recognition of Fiona’s leadership, investment, and care for the people behind the business.
Congratulations, Fiona, from everyone at Rosemary Bookkeeping.
